Didn't do much wrong today
Which 3 chances? I only remember the Gundo tap in and the Foden shot as good chances and both were created by KDBCreated 3 chances, didn't give the ball away constantly and
Rodri offered little to no protection as is usually the case vs team willing to press high and Phils goal aside had a couple of shots and about 50 crosses that were shite
Nah almost never has a bad game in midfield including this season. It has become his role and its certainly not his fault the manager randomly pushes him wide for no apparent reason(well KDB is the reason but its an ongoing one)He didn’t have a bad game today by any stretch but … I don’t know if it’s because he wants to leave or is just exhausted or what, but I feel like I’m watching a shadow of the player he used to be.
He works his bollocks off, he still does loads of defensive work for the midfield or goes through the motions on the wing, but I feel like the spark of magic when he has the ball has gone.
I hope Portugal go out early, he has a decent break and then Phillips can come in the second half of the season to give him more rest because if this is Bernardo’s last season I want to see him at his magical best, not the run into the ground version I think we are seeing now.
Don’t know what you were watching because he provided more spark and energy than most. He’s our best number 8 but was shifted to accommodate others. Stuck out wide right he did all he could without a fullback to overlap him. The lad has everything apart from pace so not sure what he was supposed to do with 2 on him on the touch lineHe didn’t have a bad game today by any stretch but … I don’t know if it’s because he wants to leave or is just exhausted or what, but I feel like I’m watching a shadow of the player he used to be.

Unless Phillips provides a good alternative when fit. But yeah, Bernardo needs to be in the middle every single game, him stood out right like a fucking traffic cone was a complete wasteCould see the change in the game when he moved into the middle, he should play there every single game alongside Rodri
As long as them two are in the middle, you can pick the other nine however you like
We lost the league to the dippers with that ludicrous shoe horning yet it seems to have suddenly returned. BafflingMoving him to the RW to accommodate Gundo is a fucking massive tactical mistake.
The mental gymnastics not to allocate responsibility to the manager for this nonsensical shoehorning really is something to behold.Don’t know what you were watching because he provided more spark and energy than most. Tend to agree - it’s too strong to say he looks out of sorts, and playing him out on the wing is of course a piss take, but he’s getting more plaudits for his work rate at the moment, rather than what he does with the ball.He didn’t have a bad game today by any stretch but … I don’t know if it’s because he wants to leave or is just exhausted or what, but I feel like I’m watching a shadow of the player he used to be.

If he is the fall guy, then we have too many idiots here. The fall guy,again....just like he was a couple of seasons back.
He deserves top billing, where he can do what he does best, not shoehorned into a position to accommodate others. Its no wonder he is allegedly looking elsewhere.
Despite that....my MOTM today, only player to dig deep and give his best.

And yet against Crystal palace 2-0 down he moved himself to right wing and changed the game.Don't think he suits:
1. Right wing
2. Home games against a parked bus
He is a dynamo unlike anyone else in world football, but even Bernardo has his weaknesses.
Well! That means we don't have many stupid fans. I'm glad to hear that. There's literally no one criticising his performance.
Were fucked without his energy driving us in the middle.Moving him to the RW to accommodate Gundo is a fucking massive tactical mistake.
