Tbh I can't be arsed with this World Cup, it all just feels so anticlimactic and weird. Being in November. Although I'll be keeping an eye on our boys. Mina is already injured because of course he fucking is. Lampard must be crapping himself about yet more injuries. It did feel poignant hearing Three Lions at the Lightning Seeds gig last night though. The last time I saw them was after Euro 2021.

At least we have the Lionesses. With some pretty good City representation too. I think all of the goalies in the current squad are City except Earps, who is unfortunately a rag.

It probably should, I only realised they were different when I saw people on here complaining about stuff and realised I was watching a different thing altogether!

And yeah, it's bitter outside. I just popped down the road to the supermarket and was only too glad to get home. My cat will later demand to go out repeatedly even though he hates the rain as much as I do, because he is an idiot.

It's difficult to keep up with all this moral pontificating. I had to look up what LGBTQIA means. I really don't know where I fit or what to think anymore. I'm sure that somebody will be offended.

And I just wanted to watch a football match. :-(

Do they have that option if they work as football pundits for the BBC?
If your job sends you to Liverpool can you just refuse to go because it's a shithole with a poor crime and human rights record?
