Yeh but the midget only counts as half Shirley. The only downside to that is that the rags will also have a World Cup winner, and we’ll never hear the end of it.

Think this has been the best World Cup to view. Take the negativity out and what City are usually thrown with the Qataris have been but have pulled it off.The World Cup draws to a close.
I thought that Brazil would lift the trophy - kudos to an extremely strong Moroccan side for knocking them out.
Now it's down to two of the pre-tourney favorites: Argentina and France.
I detest Mbappe, and it would be nice for Messi to lift the cup, so I'll be routing for Argentina.
Biggest surprises of the the tournament for me:
1) Morocco - they've looked fantastic throughout
2) US live commentary - far better than I expected it would be, but not without some serious faults
3) Venue quality - I thought that Qatar would be a complete disaster. Yet, pitches have been immaculate, on field temperature hasn't been a factor, and stadiums have been fully of enthusiastic, noisy fans. That said, one shouldn't overlook deplorable human rights violations ongoing in Qatar, nor the obvious corruption surrounding Qatari and the award of the World Cup.
Was the beer free as well?No footy today here in Qatar, so thought I'd do the fan festival. Paul Van Dyk blasting the tunes, I only came for some post 7pm Budweiser, Nearly 10pm here and it was free in with your hayaa card. This lot can organise shit even if it's not everyone's cup of tea.
For years, Sky Sports referred to him as Paul "he won the World Cup" Pogba. The only downside to that is that the rags will also have a World Cup winner, and we’ll never hear the end of it.
It's not the crap bud you get back home, pricey but no gas/elecy needed and a life experience never to be seen again. So glad I came. Was the beer free as well?
;-)
Mind, I'd want paying to drink Budweiser!

Yeah, I’d forgotten about Vanarama. The rags also have a french player too , Varane so it doesnt matter who wins for them.
He's excellent.True but if France win, Konate plays for the dippers so they will be the bestest team ever. Argentina for me all the way.
You've had the weather too mate. Have you managed to get out and aboutIt's not the crap bud you get back home, pricey but no gas/elecy needed and a life experience never to be seen again. So glad I came.
So what?
Yeah, think there may be a bit of needle between the two countries for some reason. They hate us as much as some of our ‘fans’
Yeah like you say we've had the weather even though I'm like Casper the ghost the sun don't like me. Been about doing all the grounds so you get to know the metro( only 3 lines red, green and gold) buses free also so Qatar so accessible and lovely. You've had the weather too mate. Have you managed to get out and about
Can teach them a few more of those if they want ;)
Yeah Pogba worked out well for themThe only downside to that is that the rags will also have a World Cup winner, and we’ll never hear the end of it.
A 32 Club World Cup style tournament commencing in 2025 (not sure if that’s in winter or after the League’s have finished)? 48 teams at the next World Cup, every even year in March 4 teams from 4 continents will play each other in FRIENDLY matches. The September and October qualifying matches to be merged together, so mid August start then a three week break. Then the twat Infantino says “the health of the players is most important”.Infantino going off on one this morning, FIFA have replaced one **** with another.
Ruined domestic football all over Europe this season, does he think we all live for the World Cup?
If it ends up like cricket the players will hardly ever been seen playing for their club teams. Look at Lancashire with Anderson and before that Atherton.A 32 Club World Cup style tournament commencing in 2025 (not sure if that’s in winter or after the League’s have finished)? 48 teams at the next World Cup, every even year in March 4 teams from 4 continents will play each other in FRIENDLY matches. 11 billion income is predicted for the 26 World Cup of which 10b will go back to FIFA member countries, the other 1b for him and his cronies.
This becoming like Cricket whereby the players are playing purely to make money for UEFA and FIFA, players will return to their clubs absolutely knackered.
Blatter and Platini are paragons of virtue compared to the megalomaniac that is Infantino.
