Serious question, Maddison a top lad, where did you hear that? A lot of what I have seen and read of him suggests he is a bit of a dick. Talented player though

Can people get off Gomez`s back - the only reason he is in our squad is because the Cucurella deal fell through at the end of the last window. If we had bought Cucurella then Gomez would have been loaned out.
 
people need to use their eyes ,we don't play with fullbacks ,and haven't for a while, 3 cbs wide across the back, rico helping rodri in midfield , ake/laporte will play left, stones/akanji right,and one other in the middle, don't like that set up myself ,but thats what pep is doing, all this talk of we've got no fullbacks really doesn't matter , because we aren't using them, we may change it up a bit during a game, bringing walker on as a traditional right back , ake then goes lb , but the starting team that pep is using is 3 at the back, he most probably thinks that's the way to stop the counters against us.

We’ve now ended up the situation where we have Ake and Gomez, with Gomez currently looking so far off the required standard you have to ask serious questions as to why he was bought.

Ake has been playing very well this season, but he has had injury problems, and missed the whole of the run in last season.

That’s where the concern comes from. At a club the scale of City, with the resources available, the current situation should not have been allowed to develop.

It wasn't allowed to develop, you can't legislate for Canelo being a twat. It is what it is, I'm sure if needed Pep will come up with something. If this is a reset season for the summer and next so be it. We could still quite easily come out of it with trophies if we don't thren we don't.
Put it this way we are at a similar stage to liverpool in some ways, look at how we are coping compared to how liverpool are coping.
