PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Fuck em bring it on what will be will be, been a blue since the 70s, seen us half decent, seen us in the toilet and seen us magnificent
Being a City fan is a roller coaster ride of all roller coaster rides
I will be a blue weather its conference North or European Super League and thats what it's about, take it all away I couldn't give 2 shiny shits, I'll still be a blue, its really that simple

Surely the longer this goes and the more we win, the more motivation they have for taking it all back?

Those slimy Uefa bastards won't need any excuses either if we win Champs League between now and when.

The can of worms opened is huge.

Clubs who are relegated or denied a trophy can sue League for lost cash?

I'm on a media blackout for the foreseeable. The whole thing stinks, I think football was more enjoyable before this Premier league bollocks. I know we've been blessed with the last 15 years of our success but the money has taken over to the detriment of the game. As a club we can't go on allowing ourselves to be butt fucked all the time, we need to go after the clubs /people setting the narrative.

never underestimate the love HH Sheikh Mansour has for the club and Manchester as a city. He and his investment groups have ploughed Billions into the City, redeveloped previously near no go zones, created jobs, academy's and more. He and Khaldoon has made it clear they will not give up and will do whatever it takes to maintain "not prove" their innocence, we have nothing to prove, we just have to put the PL and other clubs in their place.

This legal action opens a pandora's box of shite none of the PL Clubs want to see, they may think they are protected but do you really think we spent the last 4 years smoking shisha having a giggle and posting Instagram photo's, or was that time spent preparing for the inevitable bullshit cluster bomb we knew the PL was about to offload.

Everything will now come out "albeit the commission has said the case will be heard in private", but that does not stop 'leaks' in the same way leaks conveniently came out against us. The appointment of every member of that independent commission will be questioned, every word of the charges and allegations will be analysed and studied, every document sent, received, missed, or hidden will be requested. The PL Committee who put this together will be investigated, the forensic specialists will be drilled to a painful microscopic level.

And all this when we now hear that LFC have not received a single official bid in 3 months, MUFC will get bids but nothing close to their target price. Consortiums, Individuals, etc will all look at what the PL have done today and think again about investing in any PL club or associating themselves to this level of blatant targeted attack.

This will take years!

All we have to brace ourselves for is the media circus bullshit, the hypocrisy and the double standards that will hound us for the rest of this season and seasons to come, I just hope the manager, players, supporting team and senior executives have the balls and energy to see this through.

Now we need to fight back and win the PL, win the Champs League and say - f3ck you all!

More of the same I'd imagine. Just like how the 19/20 season went after the UEFA allegations.
I dunno this is different. Its closer to home and we'll have the whole country against us. I'm not one of them. I trust the club to fight this.

They didn't even do Soriano the courtesy of giving him the charges before giving them to the media and specifically to certain journalists. City have won 4 of the last 5 PL titles and that's how the league chose to handle it. That means we have absolutely no relationship of any real respect with the people running the league, and that's squarely at Soriano's door as he is the guy who sits in all those meetings.
How’s it Soriano’s fault that they hate us? They hated us before he arrived, and will continue to do so long after he has gone, and whenever that may be

It would be nice if just once the "professionalism" slipped and the club let go with both barrels, and followed it up with an immediate legal response to all potentially libellous or slanderous comments from the media and other clubs.

I thought that was pretty clear?
Take on the media and your fooked in my opinion. Look at the caning the Ginger Prince and his wife get. I like the professional approach.
Although I would love to see Simon Jordan and Talksport getting hauled through the courts while all the others shit themselves thinking they may be next
