PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

I only became aware of these allegations when I watched the 1 o'clock news and I certainly haven't read the charges themselves but I get the clear impression that this is almost a rerun of the UEFA charges. The difference may be that the PL believes it has cut off the right of appeal, so that the verdict of their impartial commission is final. City and the courts are unlikely to go along with that. The courts would not be interested in PL rules but would apply the law, which would be bad news for the PL since our accounts have been signed off every year as a true and complete record of our financial activities. I would appreciate it if PB could give me the benefit of his opinion on my comments.
 
I hope this pisses the owners off. I wanna see khaldoon and 100 lawyers throw down and settle for nothing less than 100% innocent and written apologies. Hopefully it's the last straw, also sets some fireworks off under some of our players.

If not and they've had evidence of our wrongdoing for a long time, wouldn't they be duty bound to do something about it at the time rather than just carry on as if nothing was going on? Firstly to protect other clubs and secondly so we could address anything we were doing wrong and correct ourselves?

Going back to 2009.......i mean really 14 years ?

Then allowing exactly the same thing to occur annually for 14 years before acting. Something really off with all that.
 
I think we shud go all out spend whatever it costs and skull fuck these cunts and bring the whole thing down ,all them snakey clubs writin in gto get us banned,do some diggin on them and fuck them over too,im sick to death of these jelous self entitled shit bag clubs tryin to constantly tarnish our reputaion,we are a great club and our owners have been nothin short of superb for our great city,pumpin millions into infastructure,ive had enough of it,personally i think we are going to have a field day with the ivestigation,i just dont think our owners are stupid enough to put us in this prediciment,the owners say weve done nothin wrong and i stick by it,i do think its time we rearly hit back tho and sink the whole fuckin ship

Funny because at dinner time he reckoned we'd be relegated, points deducted and transfer embargoed.

As the truth slowly trickles out so these nobheads who was full of it this morning slowly start to feel dejected.

There's no way anyone is stripping titles or excluding anyone unless we've directly impacted the sporting integrity of the competition via things like paying off referees or performance enhancing drugs, which clearly we are not charged with. United fans can daydream about it if they want, but that's the closest they're getting to a league title this season.
