PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

According to the football finace expert on 5 live Monday night club, (sorry forgot his name), Mancini was alledgely receiving two wages concurrently. One official wage as City manager and another wage as manager of a team in Abu Dhabi. He was in Manchester throughout as the City manger and only the City wage was "declared".

So what if Sheikh Mansour paid Mancini a consultancy fee to work for a club in Abu Dhabi on an interim basis in 2009 so we could retain him for the City job. That's not illegal or in any way a breach of FFP (which didn't come in to the PL till 2013 anyway).

I have read that he acted/acts as a chauffeur to his real boss and ferries people to and from the airport for him. It's a Russian but I cannot remember his name.

If Mancini had a second job/consultancy, he is perfectly entitled to privacy in his affairs. If the PL think he was paid for a second role, then they should show the club the evidence. They would also have to prove the club knew he was being paid by a related party. A related party has no obligation to share who they employ with the PL, City or anyone else.
Lots of people have 2nd 3rd 4th or even 5th jobs and are free to do so. Lots of people at the top of the PL can have more than one job.

Let’s just say we have been “creative” - does anyone anywhere think or believe we are the only club in the PL who has been “creative” - it beggars belief. If Khaldoon is the man I think and hope he is then he will be aware of every other culprit in the PL. We could literally bring the whole rotten structure crashing to the ground and in a way I hope we do. The PL is rotten to the core.
 
I'm sure the hatred for the club and ourselves will go up a few notches after this, even though nothings yet been proved.
After 15 years we're used to it.
Our skin is thicker than most of our accusers. (Well almost)

They will if someone makes the accusation. In the meantime I hope the club is screenshotting all these accusations and rumours online ready to take legal action if they're false.
