If they were would they not come first - standard procedure Is criminal stuff takes priority.HMRC aren't investigating us.
According to the football finace expert on 5 live Monday night club, (sorry forgot his name), Mancini was alledgely receiving two wages concurrently. One official wage as City manager and another wage as manager of a team in Abu Dhabi. He was in Manchester throughout as the City manger and only the City wage was "declared".The whole Mancini thing, that’s been doing the rounds for literally years, is that he was paid by Sheikh Mansour or a representative ahead of him becoming City manager. Now this is based entirely on the hacked info from that Portuguese fraudster, but putting that aside, unless there is absolute proof I.e. Mancini showed his bank details or the third party in question acknowledged they had made this payment it’s not actually hard evidence, I could for example put a cheque into my bank account for one million pounds, my balance would show one million pounds but I couldn’t withdraw it, scammers do it all the time. Everything about this stinks, the “one hundred” rule breaks to smear our centurions season, the anniversary of Munich to cast us in the worst possible light. It’s all shit and smears. Cunts.
Where was this rumour?Yaya was the rumour, and I'd totally believe it
So what if Sheikh Mansour paid Mancini a consultancy fee to work for a club in Abu Dhabi on an interim basis in 2009 so we could retain him for the City job. That's not illegal or in any way a breach of FFP (which didn't come in to the PL till 2013 anyway). The whole Mancini thing, that’s been doing the rounds for literally years, is that he was paid by Sheikh Mansour or a representative ahead of him becoming City manager. I can’t believe we have City fans that think these charges are justified.
Massaging can also mean staying within the rules.
I have read that he acted/acts as a chauffeur to his real boss and ferries people to and from the airport for him. It's a Russian but I cannot remember his name.Exactly what was said to me
If Mancini had a second job/consultancy, he is perfectly entitled to privacy in his affairs. If the PL think he was paid for a second role, then they should show the club the evidence. They would also have to prove the club knew he was being paid by a related party. A related party has no obligation to share who they employ with the PL, City or anyone else. No!
This bold bit is complete invention on your part.
Manchester City’s Auditors and accountants have no business knowing about if Al-Jazira payed Mancini millions.
The Premier League however, does, because they need all remuneration including from related parties to be disclosed.
I’ve already explained this to you once today.
In which case why isn't the PL taking action against all its clubs?Cheers for the correction. I thought illegally gained information couldn’t be used in UK courts. My bad
Completely agree with your post, everyone bends the rules & would be foolish not to in order to gain advantages over your competition
Yaya was the rumour, and I'd totally believe
Let’s just say we have been “creative” - does anyone anywhere think or believe we are the only club in the PL who has been “creative” - it beggars belief. If Khaldoon is the man I think and hope he is then he will be aware of every other culprit in the PL. We could literally bring the whole rotten structure crashing to the ground and in a way I hope we do. The PL is rotten to the core.I can’t believe we have City fans that think these charges are justified.

PellersHughes…
I know. Ridiculous.Pure bollocks.
That is funny."City City the the team with all the charges in the world "
Why? I don't think Pep would walk.Only way he should be our manager anytime soon is under these circumstances
If that were the case, HMRC would’ve raided the Etihad before anything was released to the press
If there was any credence to any serious financial regulations, HMRC would already be all over us like a bad smell
