The issue is that apparently there are receipts showing City having paid the additional fees
Seems strange to me that it true
Unless someone has an exclusive clause in a contract then they are entitled to take on other work anyway

I take it City don’t know all the evidence the PL have got, just the charges they have issued City with?
 
If they do decide to fine City and according to their rules this can be unlimited, what's stopping them levelling a fine of a trillion pounds? That would be game over if we are unable to challenge in court.

surely expulsion, stripping of titles etc would be the severest of penalties reserved for only the severest of ‘crimes’ ie match fixing, bribery etc. if they deem expulsion a fit punishment for these accusations then what would be the bar for taking bribes or match fixing? ala Juve?

It would be a farce, if it isn’t already

No.

All this talk of going nuclear or burning the lot down etc is just over emotional fan talk.

City didn't burn UEFA down and they won't be doing anything like that with the PL. They also won't be going after any other club.

They will just defend themselves well at the panel hearing and that will be that.

The fact that they uploaded detai online at 6.30am is laughable...why would you do that ? Had there been an emergency all sunday night meeting just after our damaging defeat to spuds?

The inaccurate,alleged rule breaches which were then removed altered and 're posted smacks of hurried desperation.
