PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Pussies are us.
Been pissing me off for a long time
Not rocking the boat might have been the appropriate course of action initially, but the time to strike back was years ago. Questions such as "why is football the only industry that denies inward investment?" should have been asked loud and clear.
We are guilty of nothing more than upsetting half a dozen PL clubs who would love to be in our position. To me that's the crux of the matter; huge investment in the rags, dippers or Arsenal wouldn't have triggered anger and jealousy on such a scale.

The handbook lists all the sanctions possible, but does not give a tariff for each type of breach.
Well they can't give a tariff for relegation as the PL has no power to dictate which level we'd be relegated to, for example. They can't say relegated to League One or the National League as they have no authority over those leagues.

Idea for in a couple of years when this is all over -

Thinking an equivalent of Liverpool's Steau Bucharest banner

The trickle down effect of City money in the Premier League can only be good for the league structure.
Players bought from Arsenal etc in the early days, that money strengthen lower league teams as they buy replacements at lower levels or enhance their youth academy.

Football was fucked when Setanta walked away from the TV deal in the championship, thats why clubs like Bury went bust as they were all spending above there means.

None of this is City’ fault but FFP was brought in to restrict us.

the charges seem t9 be multiplies of each charge, so once one is disproven I would think the rest get ticked off, non co operation, yes we did, ok they are all binned, next! Also if we were to be found guilty of some but not all then, what’s the punishment? If say all 100 are guilty then boom the world comes down but if it’s just one or two then what, a slap on the wrist? Also I believe there is nothing in PL rules about what to do about this punishment wise, so that “independent“ panel have zero guidance, they could just say go and wrote 100 lines I WILL NOT DO THIS AGAIN.
It's essentially many repetitions of the same charges. We've essentially been accused of about half a dozen things - most of them minor procedural or subjective things like 'not cooperating'.
They've clearly been teased out repetitively into the huge list of 100+ charges for maximum impact/damage so the sheer volume of accusations carries with it inherent implied guilt. If they just charged us with six things over multiple occasions (which is pretty much the case) it wouldn't be half as sensational as this huge list that is like scrolling through the opening credits of star wars.

I think it just says something like “removal” from the premier league. Presumably we would have to negotiate with the Football League.

I ended up down a youtube rabbit hole last night watching old interviews of Khaldoon talking about UEFA and the super league. I tried sharing the links, but couldn't get it to work.

In one of the interviews Khaldoon talks about how small the football circle is and that when other clubs are briefing something to the press City know about it. I know the PL charges are a different situation, but given our statement I'm assuming the stance from the club remains. The videos are worth a watch for anyone who can be bothered.

Exactly! Wenger moaning about us yet he was happy to take our dirty oil money time and time again!
