Mobile season card update

Yes agreed. I went to download and as you say the option is greyed out. Judging by some comments on this thread there seems to be a gremlin in the works. I'll wait and see if things change after Sunday. If it's still "stuck" I might drop them an email but I guess they'll have heard about it by then if it's widespread.

You're lucky, mine is stuck on Wolves! But it still worked for Arsenal. Have since contacted City via Twitter and their reply was:
Thank you Barry, I've checked your season ticket and I can see that the Aston Villa game is active on there, so you will be able to use this to access the game. The game displayed is incorrect, but the ticket will still work for you. ️

I removed my season ticket from my Google wallet and went to download it and as you said it's greyed out now got no season ticket at all.

I better not do that to mine then what have you got to do go down to ticket office seem loads having problems with season ticket this week
 
If you are a season ticket holder it is the same barcode for each match so don't worry about what team is showing on your wallet.
There is obviously a glitch.

Suggest you phone Supporter Services. The last time I had a problem (all my account details disappeared) they gave me an email to contact their techy guys who in fairness sorted it out pretty quickly.
 
Same problem here on Android, still says Arsenal, got moved from SS3 for it so was in another part of the ground,
last time i had the same problem rung up the supporter services and they told me , no problem what it says you will still get in , guess what no i didnt and missed the first 5 mins going round in circles with stewards,
until the chiefy one said oh stuff it just let him in,
same has happened to the old fella too.
fingers crossed for no problem, we will see
 
My season ticket has vanished from my wallet..went on the mcfc ticket site then went to my season ticket..clicked season ticket and there's nothing to add to wallet..anybody know what to do. Thanks

What happens if someone gets a new mobile,i have one now that i'm playing around with first to get used to it. I just presumed I would go to my account and re download it to my new phone.

It should but the problem with the match details not updating is probably linked to the disappearance of the "download to mobile wallet" option. This has been going on for weeks and it seems nobody at the club is doing anything other than rectifying it individually when someone calls it in.

If it’s an iPhone, you automatically import all your Apps from the previous one.
 
Nothing in my wallet on iphone, like some - twilight zone episode - where the premier league start deleting us from existence.
