I was thinking and the crux is investment. If city wanted to break the rules regarding FFP then they would have followed PSG in not giving a fuck. We could have openly flaunted the rules and used Mansours vast fortune to pay players transfer fees and salaries. So if we are this renegade dodgy club, why did we not just do exactly that?

It would have been much simpler than funnelling the money through all these dodgy companies like puma or Etihad. Having to con the accounting world and legal authorities along the way. All for what? To win a few titles and sportwash Abu Dhabi?

—understand why the emails were of little probative value or are even aware that CAS said this.
—have read the case(s) on the CAS website.
—have read what CAS said about Leterme.
—have seen the emails (but rely on Der Spiegel’s manipulated transcript.)
—know what CAS said about the time barred cases.
If I were up against one of these fuckwits I would ask a few pertinent questions: “Oh, and where did you see the emails? What did you think about CAS’s remarks on the time barred items ? etc etc.
