PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

You know what. After that united farce of a goal, and the year of the liverpool title win (another farce refereeing wise) I am hoping that they will find us guilty of all the fucking infractions and then some. I am tired of all the innuendo, and the fact that we want the moral high ground while our reputation takes a battering makes me unhappy. I do hope we are playing dirty because sure as hell everyone else is playing super dirty. Whether it's Madrid players feigning injury in a semi final, a geriatric loon accusing us of financial doping when you invest in your business, or farcical refereeing decisions or Fergie time. I've bloody had it. I hope we are dirty, because everyone else is just filthy, and I'm sick and tired of watching it in the open while people ignore it.
Khelafi from PSG is on the executive council while they made a super mockery of FFP. Chelsea spend north of half a billion in 6 months because rules are adjusted when convenient. Manure in ridiculous debt, underperforming for a decade while we have been the standard bearers for that time and no one can believe we can get a penny more in sponsorship. What fucking delusion.
Find us guilty you scumbags. City will still be here. Our owners will still be here. And most importantly we the fans will still be here.

FIND US GUILTY ALREADY. I DARE YOU YOU CUNTS, AND WATCH WHAT HAPPENS TO THIS HOUSE OF CARDS.

There, rant over. I think I will go and have a lie down. Maybe even take a break from footie.

There you go Jim. You wanted back on topic.
Just in case anybody else wants a read.

Interesting. As we all know we settled out of court and it was small news in the media ( No surprise there ) and quickly forgotten. I'm wondering if as part of the agreement we were promised the dirty tricks against us would stop. If that was the case we now know never to trust rats.
Strange decision to let off a major rival with financial recompense if they were up to something major, sadly this is another story that has got out of control.

I would imagine it would be something the club reminds the premier league of with regards to breaking rules etc though? They facilitated a cover up of hacking by one of their biggest clubs?

Not sure what it has todo with our case and the fact that we agreed a financial settlement I would think would include a non disclosure clause.

Depends how desperate to expose the premier league we are and then break the NDA? One of our companies done it a few years ago and depending obviously what the terms are in the NDA then if it’s a financial penalty the club maybe be happy to break it to expose how the premier league are happy to cover certain issues depending on the club involved? Even better if we have any email trail of potentially the league asking/begging us not to pursue anything for the good of the league etc?

That's it in a nutshell. Anything to protect the brand. Also if the hackers had loads of other stuff as well and have now used this against us the gloves would definitely be off.

Yep! With the charges being a serious as they are and Tolmie mentioning that even Mansour is coming over for any case due to the premier league seemingly being forced to target one club only and a member of the Abu Dhabi royal family being complicit to cheating, possible points deductions title strips etc then I do hope we are not only clear but take the people who were at the top of their positions in the premier down as well!

I’d imagine it would be just someone wanting the info to monitor on an ongoing basis.

I doubt it would result in an article at this stage.

My advice is that the club can always give this to a journalist, if they wish.

If there is anything in it (I am doubtful, but I mean no disrespect), then let the club deal with it how they feel best.

You also could say it's how desperate we are!!
