Religion

On the news yesterday (apparently this was newsworthy) going on about the anointment oil they are using for the coronation. Load of grown men around, what amounts to, a jar of olive oil, saying prayers and chanting to bless it. What a load of gibberish nonsense. How do people believe this fucking tripe.

Waste of good olive oil. Could have done a nice fry with that or used it to make a dressing or a marinade. During a food shortage too, entitled cunts.

ITN news 6pm yesterday.
Turkey earthquake (obviously terrible)
Family that survived now living in a tent surrounded by snow.
They interview a little girl “i pray to god that the wind doesn’t get into the tent as it’s freezing” then cuts back to them praying.

If your religious and believe in god and god is everywhere and does everything - surely he’s the last person/thing you want to pray to!

Surely you would be asking him why did he cause this earthquake and kill over 20,000 of his followers?
that just proves what Al Murray said is true, that god is british, because he doesn't shit on his own doorstep

whilst concealing an alter boy under his cassock ;-)
I was also in the scout movement and our Motto was come prepared.

Whilst i don't believe in any deity you have to marvel sometimes at cosmic justice.

I found out about a guy called Terry A. Davis, a computer whiz that was diagnosed with schizophrenia. His illness lead him to believe he had communed with god who had instructed him to develop TempleOs as competition to Windows. He would also use some very offensive language to describe the agents of government that were trying to bring him down
CIA NIGGERS

Anyway he got hit by a train, divine intervention? Cosmic justice or tragedy of an ill man?

Was the train in Ireland? If so it was probably just CIE getting offended at the misspelling.

It’s a great point, I’m surprised you’ve never made it before

I am not religous but in religions defence. No religion preaches that if you believe in him he will protect you from natural disasters, (even though he made the world)
No, sorry i’m not having this.
He’s not a football manager, when he wins things it’s all about him - praise him etc….but when he loses it’s his players fault!

He’s either IN or OUT not here sometimes- he made us (apparently) so he’s 100% in and it’s his fault!

All you Godsquads should be pointing fingers at him. He killed his own followers for no reason the little widge!

Sick of him

Actually, he's not only entitled to two unpaid days off a week (although not necessarily consecutive), he's also entitled to 5.6 weeks of paid annual leave pro rata by days worked, so in this case since he's viewed as a full time employee that would give him 28 days per annum including bank and public holidays.
This is all laid out under various acts including the Holidays with Pay Act (1938) and the Working Time Directive (1998).
