For me he is better than Fred and McTominany, who both regularly play for the rags.

Chelsea look set to lose Kovacic and after that they have an ageing Kante off the back of some major injuries, Zakaria (loan), Gallagher who they can probably flog for 40m, Loftus-Cheek who hasn't developed in years and again they can probably sell him to some other mid table club.
Lavia would be right in line with their recent transfer policy and the lure of London will always be there. Lavia at the base of a midfield with Enzo just ahead and someone else is probably very appealing to Chelsea.

RLC & Hudson are just 2 players who won't shift, they are on ridiculous wages & still on 2 year contracts

I'd say Phillips' city career has easily been the most underwhelming of all the first team signings. At first you're thinking 45mil for a player who will give Rodri rest playing at 6 and maybe even do a stint in 8 very occasionally and should hopefully within the season get to grips with the system. If you couldn't stream citys recent FA cup games you'd potentially forget he was even part of the squad.

Injury obviously hasn't helped Phillips and even with Rodri playing, this season we still lack the control that we've had in previous seasons. I think if the team was playing like we have over the last 3-4 yrs we would have seen more of him, but at present its all a bit fragile and Pep is very risk averse.

Wirtz is a 10 more like Hazard/KdB/Musiala and Jude is an 8 more like a Bernado. 2 different profiles and and 2 different positions. I am huge fan of Wirtz, just hope he can get over his injuries. Would not mind him coming in as KdB's understudy, his electric.
