Assume so, though could possibly play KDB there (hope so as I really think we're a bit lacking in CM energy with Rodri, KDB and Gundogan). I think we need Bernardo's energy in the middle and Foden's out wide.

Certainly not the line-up I would have picked with that CM and 4 CBs but let's hope he's got it right.

How on earth do both of them deserve to be starting when Grealish has been our best winger since the World Cup?
 
Away in Brazil at the moment but the game is on a channel I've got in my apartment, so happy days. Looking forward to this. Come on City!

On another note. I've seen a few people walking about in Rio with City gear on the last few days. I went in a sports shop today and they had as much City stuff as they did for the local teams. We are truly a global team these days.
 
What exactly has Mahrez done to be benched for so many matches lately ? this is a bit weird.
 
Don't see the problem with the back 4. Normally I'd say play walker at right back but surely it's clear how poor he has been this season. Stones may not have the legs to get up and down but he is better defensively. The other 3 at the back therefore pick themselves.
The midfield is about experience
..kdb has been off form but in big games he usually still has enough to turn it on. Rodri has to start...so the choice is either bernardo or gundo in midfield....he's gone for gundo for control but he has bernardo further forward where he is a goal threat.
Haaland is obvious.
The only other choice therefore is Grealish or Foden. Personally I think foden has been playing better from the right. I'm not Grealish's biggest fan by any stretch but he has earned his place at present....he does need to step up and add goals and assists but Pep is concerned, rightly do about transitions and he needs possession
 
For me the standard for "overthinking" is not playing a DM in a CL final, this isn't even 1% of that so I don't get the reactions.
 
Predictions? I'm going for 4-1 on Aggregate and KDB Haaland and Gundo to score
