I think the modern breed of City fan who display a certain entitlement think we just have to rock up at any given ground and steam roller teams, of course in the real world football isn’t like thatFar too much currency is placed on that Forest game.
Could have got interesting if they’d sneaked anotherPredictable Arsenal win. But at least Chelsea kept the goal difference down with a better 2nd half display, which equals another point.
Over to City.

Not sure @jimharri could properly be described as ‘the modern breed of City fan’!I think the modern breed of City fan who display a certain entitlement think we just have to rock up at any given ground and steam roller teams, of course in the real world football isn’t like that
If it looks like a duck and swims like a duck then it’s a duck, riiiight ?Not sure @jimharri could properly be described as ‘the modern breed of City fan’!
Not if City win 6..draw 1... Lose 1 or are my maths rubbish? This race is far from over
No more so than Everton and Brentford at home. Every team drops points in games where they dominate and should win. That’s why football is so loved tbhThat Forest game was costly
So have I. 60 years of them.Lots of chances are missed in every game, it doesn’t constitute a debacle. I’ve seen many City debacles down the years, that wasn’t one of em
Arsenal won't win at Newcastle.Yes.
Newcastle will be much tougher for Arsenal.
We can afford to draw 2 or lose 1Not if City win 6..draw 1... Lose 1 or are my maths rubbish?
The difference was we had just done the hard bit vs Arsenal when we dropped 2 points against Nottingham Forest. If we had won that we would have been in a much comfortable position. No more so than Everton and Brentford at home. Every team drops points in games where they dominate and should win. That’s why football is so loved tbh
Er I’ll let you work that out?Not if City win 6..draw 1... Lose 1 or are my maths rubbish?
