Time to put on our big blue pants for this game.

Playing real in the champions league reminds me of the hurdle we had to overcome against the Rags domestically. If we want this trophy, we have to take it from the best.

The match is evenly poised. As always small margins will be the difference. 50/50 for me without blue bias.

I have full faith in the team. Let’s hope it goes for us this time around.

definitely for me, Gundogan has been great this season constantly and its probably why has been substituted against Leeds - to keep him fresh. At the end match vs Real is much more important, than sending a message around penalty situation;) I would be absolutely surprised if hes left out of starting eleven

He was subbed on the 90th minute
 
Wind Vinicius up that's what we need to do, he's got a temper just wind him up, be physical push him about have Kyle frustrate him. He nearly lost his head last night. He's going to lose it one game.

Vini is a brilliant player but that temper has started to show in a couple of games. He doesn't keep control when he's frustrated he lashes out.
 
We’re a different team to last season. Our defence is considerably more solid and I personally think the best in the world atm. Ake is a massive loss but hopefully he can make the home leg. Still, with Walker, Akanji, Stones and Dias that’s considerably better than the lineup of Fern and Cancelo Dias and Laporte. Touch wood everyone stays fit.

We also have the Viking and a much improved JG. I think we are the better team, but they definitely should not be underestimated. If Kev is fit and firing I can only see it going one way.

it depends, does it not? if we conduct this game at Bernabeu like at Allianz Arena it all be fine for a greater good. Tough away fixture against a legendary UCL team at their ground with a counter attacking threat of Vinicius, Benzema, Rodrygo, Valverde. We should be pragmatic, 1:1 for that matter is a very good result. At the Etihad we are able to blow away any rival.

Gundogan one of the first names on the team sheet
 
Compared to last year's match in Madrid we now have
Stones, Akanji, Gundo, Jack and Haaland
(all on good form) instead of
Laporte, Cancelo, Foden (Mahrez) and Jesus.

I don't see those improvements in their side.
