1 win and 2 draws wins it on goal difference (our GD is currently +17 more than Arsenal)

That's assuming Arsenal win all three of their games.

Huge pressure on Arsenal now, the chances of us failing to get the required 5 points from the final 3 games is remote. I think they deep down know the title has gone, hopefully Brighton turn up and get something from the game.

Arsenal draw we technically win it beating Chelsea, but that assumes we don't get walloped 8 or 9 against both Brighton and Brentford

Not sure they will. Time will tell but Brighton will be up for this after the mauling by Everton and they are still pushing for a European place. Arsenal squeaky bum time and might just try and force things which will open the game up for Brighton who are excellent on the counter attack as well as in possession. Will be interesting.
