Sorry for reposting this. Maybe it's so obvious it's not worth answering. I don't know. I suppose that until the Chelsea game has been and gone, and is therefore displaced from my wallet, the Cup Final ticket can't appear on it?

For me the cup final is a separate mobile ticket.

Maybe re-try by resending the link in the email to yourself and see if you see the ticket show up via that route ? When you download files where does it save them on Samsung - it may be there as opposed to in the wallet.

Anyone with a spare for the final I’d take it off your hands. Been going with my Brother all season but it didn’t get to his points tally for the final and feel gutted for him. I’m sat in Block 139, the closer the better but anywhere will do. PM if anything available.

Mines showing sold out again - should of just gone for the one ticket :-(

You couldn't have bought them it was a private sale, I was not eligible despite meeting any criteria they would normally have and without them knowing who it was for. It wouldn't even let me basket.

I kept getting a message saying pops something went wrong with downloading your mobile ticket.
Had new links sent and all the same.

Lots of people must have had the same issue because it was added as an option on the contact email.

Anyway, forwarded it from my Yahoo email to my Google email and it downloaded straight away.
Might help someone.

I think they haven't fully loaded yet. Perhaps a test run I gatecrashed, but certainly looks like they are preparing to be released.
