PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Only time will tell, but I believe that the PL charges are a sham. We have been under scrutiny from UEFA for years regarding FFP. I cannot believe that City would be so stupid as to break the rules when clearly in the spotlight. The sponsorships have already been deemed fair value via CAS and there was no evidence of equity funding. The PL probably know this already, but the pressure from the old guard became too much and they rushed out the statement with the many charges listed, some of which were erroneous. Whatever we do we have been condemned. Opposing fans are not interested in facts. They will latch onto anything to help explain why City have been successful and their teams have not. It will not be logical or well thought through. Their thinking will be based on emotion, jealousy and social media soundbites. For the time being at least, the campaign against City by UEFA and the PL has damaged our reputation in the short to medium. City's legal team need to do their job properly and remove any future talk of asterisks against City's success. That is the long game, and I just hope Pannick and his team are capable of getting this result. Come on City! We can do this!
 
Next premierleague rule. Any success achieved while wearing a blue shirt will be deemed as gross misconduct. Leicester was a one off event so will pass with only a warning. Man city as multiple offenders will feel the full force of the law.

With UEFA and its power made up of board members from the elite clubs, they can make their own rules to suit them.
but Manchester City always had the court of arbitration for sports to speak the truth and clear our name once and for all, So I don't understand why the Premier League are still chasing something that was proven in a court of law to be false and lies

It’s the same syndrome - they have so convinced themselves of our guilt - they just don’t or can’t accept the CAS verdict. They will hopefully fail once again to prove a case (that they have wholly convinced themselves of) to an arbitrator.

Because the red mardarse clubs and the other yank owners want us and our owners dragged through the mud.
If the Premier league let these pair of cunts vote for a new chairman for the Premier league then I'm sure they have influenced this farcical botch job on us.

Uefa fell for it hook line and sinker and Manchester City clear our name once and for all, the only punishment was not about the FFP rules but fines for not releasing our accounts on time, again Uefa fell for the fake emails and lies

It's comparable to publishing the Hitler Diaries for me. Publishing doctored and out of context e-mails and DS have never been held accountable for it.

There is nothing in Richard Master's CV which qualifies him for the role he is supposed to be doing at the. His previous experience was as a marketing exec for the England and Wales Cricket Board and then a similar role at the EFL. His appointment was baffling and his performance at the Commons Select Committee in March confirmed that he is totally out of his depth. I am not sure if this is good or bad for City because sometimes stupid people make stupid illogical decisons and this could make it difficult to settle this dispute. To hit City with more than 100 charges, including allegations for which we have already been cleared by an independent court of three judges, was total madness.

£230m over 3 years
Premier league ffp only allow a total of £105m losses over a 3 year period.

I don’t know to be fair, I’m not very clued up on Everton’s case. I would assume they’ve lost more than was allowed after into account the leeway given for Covid related losses, but I’m only guessing. Sure someone else with more knowledge will answer
 
Sounds like there is a bandwagon slowly rolling saying if we’re innocent why don’t we rush it through to prove our innocence, I suppose if the Premier League fuck wits hadn’t charge us with so many we might just do that, as every charge would need evidence to clear.
