I was just about to get through the door to the sales windows, when the ticketing system developed some kind of fault that meant they couldn't take payment. A complete disaster that meant it took another hour to move the final 5 spaces. Looking back now it made our current supporter services' phone responses look speedy.

thanks for the update, but a lad on here yesterday said he'd spoke with his mate in the ticket office and they were due on sale today.
