That's the same as me I've had email confirmation and have got a ticket but when I got on the eufa ticket app says no ticket associated with account ? Must be because they aren't sent out yet yeah had me worrying a little?

Just received my access code followed the uefa link. Registered then when I put my code in it says the code is already in use or cancelled try another code ?

Help - Is the promotional code on the UEFA site the same as the access code?

the access code will be emailed to you or in your city ticket account not sure what the promotion code is

The first thing you see when you log into the UEFA site (the link provided by City) is a field to enter your access code. I don’t recall any mention of ‘promotional code’ at any stage of the process.
