How can you believe them when they say he has offer from Barcelona
Going to MadridI always wonder if we'd go back for Brahim as a squad player. Club trained, can do a Bernardo/Mahrez thing (although nowhere near as well yet)
Best mates won't even come close to being in the equation when making a decision I don't think.Utd are in for him as well. (Ex WHU Employe).
Why would they bid as well late if he hadn’t given them a reason to?
Looks like a long way to go with this Rice deal.
Plus, like I posted earlier, Mount is his best mate. They are very close. I suspect it’s the Rags we should be more worried about, not Arsenal.
Lets just hope he doesn't go there and it becomes a moot point. I have faith in him to make the right decision. So better to leave them with the money? Surely better to take the money and then sponsor a pride parade or a fund for retired journalistsbif you wanted.
We have never seen anything from Bernardo of even wanting to leave, let alone the exact reason for it, but it seemed to start during COVID when he couldn't visit his family. If he'd been based in Europe he could have done. That seemed to set in motion the desire to leave, yet you'd never have noticed that in his attitude. The agreement seems to be if he brings us a deal he's happy with at the price we want he can leave and until then, he stays part of the team. He's kept the second part of that agreement and maybe this summer he resolved the first and, if he does, he should leave with the best wishes of every City fan.
So they can stay relevantUtd are in for him as well. (Ex WHU Employe).

I still think the most likely outcome is Bernardo stays. The second most-likely outcome is PSG puts up the money.I don't for one moment doubt that he indeed has an offer from Barcelona. The problem is that Barcelona don't have an acceptable offer for Manchester City.

Carabobbins
Absolutely pointless to talk how they have offer for him when they would need to pay big money to get him which they don't have, and even if somehow they manage to fool City to accept some sort of payment like with Torres transfer, question is would they be able to register him.I don't for one moment doubt that he indeed has an offer from Barcelona. Any Saudi Pro League club 5/6Only one who can afford Bernardo is PSG. It’s that or stays
Pickle or beef?I'd sell Cancelo for a packet of Monster Munch to be fair
A fortnight ago, my transfer barometer said there was a greater likelihood of Gundogan staying and Bernardo leaving, so who knows? Deep down, I still think he'll go to Paris. They are are clearing the decks and losing big names, so when Enrique comes in they'll want to show that they're backing him and what better way than to give him 'our best player', as I'm sure he'll be described.I still think the most likely outcome is Bernardo stays. The second most-likely outcome is PSG puts up the money.
If we get 60m Euros for Cancelo I’ll streak at the Etihad : )City want 60m euros for Cancelo. Clubs can cite his reputation all they want, but if it's that bad, they wouldn't even contemplate paying £35m.
Laporte is £50m. We have our valuations and is the same reason Bernie hasn't moved in two years of trying.
In today's market, those valuations are relatively low for two players with winning pedigree.
The window is early.
