What they are missing, along with others , is it’s how you spend the funds available to you , they even try to knock Pep saying he can only do it with vast wealth , totally ignoring his stint at Barca B level promoting players he managed , then selling the likes of Deco and goofy and nurturing Messi to become the best club side this world has seen. Unless I’ve gone deaf she says he has scored 19 goals in 40 games and if you do the math(s) that’s a goal a game.Richarlison has only completed 7 full games for Brazil, so his record isn't quite that bad.
It's a goal about every 130 minutes.
He also scored at around a goal a game in the World Cup qualifiers and at the final.

Cross hasn’t been heard of for ages that I’ve seen , sounds rather desperate to me , you have to think if he chose them then it’s not for footballing reasons, who in their right mind would choose Arsenal over us? If I was Declan , I’d stare very hard at his signed City shirts that litter his wall at home.If Rice's mind was made up, why would City bid for him? This question has been asked before.
City wouldn't have put a 1st bid in if they knew, which they would have done, that Rice wants to join Arsenal.

Leicester wanted £90m & Sterling was £45m plus add ons, not exactly paying what they wanted without negotiations.We paid what they wanted in each case as I recall.
