Definitely should stay away from Man City if that is what he wants.But haaland is the focal point of the city project where as rice at city would just be another player. At arsenal he would be their main man, with a young team seemingly on the up and that could also appeal.

In the space of 24 hours we've gone from 'Rice only wants Arsenal' to 'Rice still keen on Arsenal, but would find it hard to say no to City and Pep'. I wonder what tomorrow will bring.
