I you're going take a BLACK FLAG.

"Fuck the FAaaaa
Fuck ITVeee
Fuck the FA
Fuck ITV
Fuck the FAaaaa" !!

Loud,Proud & often.
Think he’s paid for a bus to take fans to St Georges to have a black flg protest. Or he said he was.
You sound like a smarmy,snide.

I did offer to fund a coach to St George's Park, but on reflection it wasn't such a good idea.

However, on the basis that you're appearing to be a socially inadequate snide I'll happily fund a one way ticket for you to go as long as you take a BLACK FLAG.

Ping me your bank details and I'll get on it straight away.

Thanks for your help.

No,you’re okay.thanks all the same.

Ah so it’s the 725 that voted on bluemoon ( match going fans who knows or not going anyway who knows) have you checked back since the time change. Hardly a mandate for all 50/60000 fans that go to games.

We won't know until the day. Until then it's nothing more than pure conjecture.

Of course, those that feel strongly won’t go and if it’s a big number it will be noticeable . That’s fine. What my argument is with are those posting criticising fans that do go for whatever reason as if they speak for all fans and have consulted them all, and an ‘official boycott is in place, it isn’t.

Whoever goes or doesn’t go it’s no big deal.

This is the first Community Shield or Wembley trip, where the OSC Branch I run, hasn’t requested an allocation of tickets. Some members might buy their own tickets and good luck to them.

That’s one small sample but I think thousands who would normally attend the Community Shield won’t go. 5.30pm or 4pm isn’t a lot of difference because it’s still getting back from London at around midnight.

The game shouldn’t be at Wembley and and a Saturday would have been better. Credit to the Blues raising money for Manchester Food Bank

I didnt realise till this morning that our home fixture with Newcastle was an 8pm kick off , imagine it was an away game what the hell is going on away team no way back after the game ,home team fans back home gone midnight ,instead of fans of other teams having a pop at city it's about time match day fans came together and started leaving away ends empty .

For those who persist in attending this game, this article and that ridiculous Newcastle K.O. time is what this boycott is about!

What are the NFFA & OSCs doing about this nonsense.

All clubs fans should select one away game this season to boycott whilst the home fans should fly BLACK FLAGs and BANNERS.

Days, times and prices, Wembley semi finals,FA Cup,CS etc are enough to make a very public demonstration against matters which are going to get worse unless fans act together and don’t break !!

BLACK FLAGs for the BASTARDS !!

If boycotting one away game make it the derby match it would have more impact.

F-ck me I am being compared to a Nazi for taking my grandson to watch our Man City live at Wembley stadium.
Nothing surprises me anymore with people who can't accept a different opinion than theirs. CTID
I have respect for those boycotting, but to call into question the integrity of those going is unfair.

There will be fans going that don’t get to see many games, or who live down south, or just want a day out with their families. Tickets aren’t easy to get for the Etihad and especially for away games, and these charity shield ones are reasonably priced for once.

There is always another side to the story so let’s not turn against each other, and let’s certainly not start calling fans going to Wembley scabs or nazis or whatever.

Persist?

Would have more respect for the boycott if it didnt involve handing loads of money over a bar that could have gone direct to the charity, will be a fair chunk.
Instead of watching the game maybe they could do some charitable work on the day?

I will be following this wonderful team.

If we had sold out I wouldnt bother but Im always at games like this and such like Burton and Wycombe at home as I feel the club need me.Habit of a lifetime.
