Crerand is certainly a drunk. I had a bizarre afternoon with him once. I got a freeby corporate for a derby match at the swamp and ended up sitting next to him in one of the posh lounges. I was the only City fan there. He ended up taunting Martin Edwards (on the next table) about his under-the-door activities with mirrors at the Four Seasons bar in Halebarns. Of course I was egging him on. I can't remember much about the rest of the day and was later evicted from the VIP area (and the stadium) by security guards for over-celebrating Ian Brightwell's equaliser. Happy days.

What an odious twat he is, some years agome and the future Mrs Doogle used to stay in No1 Deansgate for the weekends,and although he wasn’t allowed ,we used to sneak my golden retriever in.
He was a lovely gentle quiet dog so we never had any problems with the neighbours., until one day we were going down in the lift and Neville and his future wife were in it with us , he had a penthouse there at the time.
She was fine and petted my dog and remarked how well behaved he was, Neville just scowled at us.A few days later I received a letter saying someone had complained and I was banned from bringing my dog in.

In hindsight it’s a shame i didn’t have an attack dog who would’ve bitten the ****!
