£150 million City lost back when they were punished by Uefa back in 2014. City were given a fine of £49 million a limit on how much they could spend in the next transfer window (which was £49 million).

This lot lose £40 million and they have to pay £250,000. What is going on here?

Been saying to friends for years that skeletons will be revealed the longer the witch-hunt of city goes on
