Tolmie said he expects one more after that.when we get this deal done, then we are done in transfer market ?
It’s been said by Pep himself, it depends on others leaving or opportunities presenting themselves.when we get this deal done, then we are done in transfer market ?
When has Paqueta briefed that? Infact he’s denied it on his own personal twitter.I’m never happy when a player starts briefing they are not happy, hate the style of play etc. Regardless of Bernardo making it clear he’d like to leave, he’s always given 100% and remained professional and that I respect, but what happens in 6 months if Paqueta is dropped or not playing as much as he likes? Will he start causing waves? Just doesn’t sit easy with me.
The lad moved from Brazil to Milan to Lyon to London & maybe now to Manchester. Seems like he likes his weather to get progressively worse.Does Paqueta like rain?
Getting away from Moyes football is more important than the rain. The lad moved from Brazil to Lyon to London & maybe now to Manchester. Seems like weather is not his main concern.
:)
Fair enough, all we can go on is media reporting at this stage and the brief from the WHU ITK is his team are telling people he’s not happy and hasn’t been for a while. When has Paqueta briefed that? Infact he’s denied it on his own personal twitter.
Like most Brazilians he is mixed, even someone who seems white like Kaka or black like Gabriel Jesus has some mixed ancestry. Also, and I can ask this 'cos I'm black, is he white latino or black ?
Never have been able to work it out as the skin says black, but the hair says either white or straighteners (I'm leaning towards white because his hair doesn't completely f*ck up once it starts raining).....
£60m would be a nice fee to land on. Bought for £51/53m but has wanted out now for the best part of a year. Struggled at the start of the season but seemed to settle towards the end. Certainly the game we played West Ham he was good. The more I think about this transfer, the more on board with it I am. The fee is pretty high, but I’m not paying it so that doesn’t really bother me. Think he’ll thrive at City, and gives us a bit more creativity in midfield. Get a winger in now and it will have been a very good window.
I think someone to play in place of Rodri (so he doesnt have to play 55 games a season) without the team's performance going down by 50% is more important than a winger, which is why I'd privilege Caicedo. The more I think about this transfer, the more on board with it I am. Having read Rodri's comments, I think we need to prioritise an understudy for him. Our wide options can be covered by a number of players. I don't think we can rely on Phillips, so getting someone in who can cover for Rodri is vital, particularly if Kovacic does turn out to be injured. The more I think about this transfer, the more on board with it I am. Bernardo, Foden & Alvarez can play on the right-side (and well).
Not until he signs with us. ;-)Lucky guy
Paqueta can play as a winger too. My thoughts are he can play wide right & left, & we also have options wide right with Bernardo & Foden too if needed. The more I think about this transfer, the more on board with it I am. Dont let it Slip ?He’s a Liverpool fan - he’s got a Steven Gerrard quote tattooed across his arm.

Essentially guarantees our title charge and less worries for depth given number of competitions we’re inThe more I think about this transfer, the more on board with it I am.
