Absolutely not! Especially when we play wankers like Forest, Chelsea and Villa. We should also rub every other club's noses in it by singing, " Treble winners, you'll never sing that!"
When we first started to become successful I was all for being humble and still wish that could be the case. Such is the amount of crap we cop from most fanbases though I'd say fucking give it them both barrels.

Yeah, fair point. I associate it far more with Chelsea and Villa (and Forest more recently).To be fair to the redshirt wankers, that’s a song they never did sing at us.
Liverpool have had the odd rendition of ‘where’s your European Cup’ over the years but not to even a fraction of what Villa and Chelsea fans have given us with the ‘you’ll never sing that’ chant and inflatable cups.
I honestly don’t recall United ever singing about the European Cup/Champions of Europe at us.

Liverpool were the first English club to win a treble with the 1983-84 European Cup, First Division and League Cup treble.I must admit, have you ever done the treble, at Anfield, will probably be the highlight on my away chanting this season. There’s absolutely no come back to that from the Scouers, not even 6x’s.
I think we’d look a bit daft singing that they haven’t won one even if the League Cup isn’t the FA Cup, it’s still a major domestic trophy and I’ve no idea how United are always credited with being the first to win the treble.

No it's not the real treble, it's just three trophies. Now that might sound harsh on our Mickey friends but that's the opinion of every pundit and fan around.
