He went to United caused mayhem, made it about himself, disrespected the manager.

Nolito, always had attitude issues in Spain, argued with referees frequently. Even though he had good stats his attitude was a big problem on the pitch, understood why Pep wanted him but didn't think he'd stay long or be a success under Pep
