Despite some Liverpool fans thinking he's past it, Salah had 46 goals + assists last season.

Jota, Gapko and Diaz had 33 between them.

I'd say he's pretty important, and not easily replaceable.
Some of our own fans thought he was past it last season too but for me he's usually been quality whenever he's played against us.

However, at 31 I think Liverpool might be better off accepting an offer for him if those kind of figures are being bandied about. Sure, it fucks them up a bit this late in the window but that's some serious wedge to go looking for a replacement in January or next summer.

Take 200. Play Ben Doak.

Most exciting 17 year old I’ve ever seen. Genuinely.

We aren’t going to win it this year anyways.

Totally agree ,money talks though .they will struggle to turn down 200.
They will if he's set on it, although it's so late that it's not overly harsh to tell him that he's irreplaceable at this stage.

Also, missing out again on the Champions League could be another £50-100m dropped. Arsenal found it was a really quick spiral down, as even three top 6 finishes in a row sent them on a path from having more revenue than Liverpool to being hundreds of millions behind them every season. With Arsenal's resurgence, and Newcastle's arrival, then Liverpool might think it's worth £200m to keep him for a couple of seasons.

Not really a resurgence though. We will see at the seasons end.

Personally the league is better with him. What a top player, and after all we are all fans of the game furst!
He is a top player, at a rival club, i hope he leaves for Saudi.
If i want to watch him, i will watch the Saudi league ( not that i will ever do that) & not have to worry about him when we play Liverpool ha
