F-35 apparently missing over South Carolina after pilot ejects and leaves it on autopilot. (Panic Stations and a Premature Ejection.. )

Debris field found in search for a missing F-35 stealth fighter jet

The pilot was able to safely eject from the aircraft, an F-35B Lightning II jet, and was taken to a local medical center in stable condition.
