Buffalo Nichols is a new artist I have only discovered this week.
He’s just released The Fatalist, and at 26 minutes, it’s a short album, but a good one.

Holmes with new work!!!! Awesome he is one of the coolest out there, his work usually makes a great soundtrack.

I bang Colossal Youth on now and again to remind myself how great that album is.

I’m shit with technology but listen out for a singer called Jalen N’Gonda. The highest compliment is to say he sounds a bit like Marvin Gaye. Also, as I have a soft spot for new Manc bands. Any recommendations would be grateful. Even better if they’re blues.

Jez Kerr from the band was a fantastic footballer when he was young.
