Apparently he had a 'hip issue' that cleared up, then in training he developed 'another muscle issue' before he could play, I assumed it was a hamstring, but not 100% sure?

The choice of our manager and to be fair to him he never moans when missing players with injury, his reply is always "it is was it is".

Injuries are part and parcel of football, it's how you manage them that defines you.
