I’m not sticking up for Liam, but maybe we should wait to see other gig prices at the coop before criticising him.
 
I'm not suprised that old singers, whose voice isn't what it used to be (trying to be kind to a fellow blue) are still touring. The costs of tickets to see groups that only have one of their original line up in, in places like to O2, is ....(what's the term for taking the piss out of taking the piss?) barmy.
I love live music, but I'd much rather support new/less well know acts.

It's over a fiver in the ground this season even with season card discount. Worth it in my opinion as you would pay more than that in town for an Asahi.

I think it will be pushing a tenner inside the new arena (think it was £8.50 for a Moretti at the AO earlier this year).

The new city square will cater for the arena crowd too so could imagine it being priced somewhere in between inside the ground and inside the new arena.

I agree the arena will be top price but the new City Square will be around £6 a pint, trust me ;)

More details about our (Newcastle) potential new stadium have leaked. Apparently it won’t be located as far North of SJP as I thought, and the Southern most point would overlap with the current Northern point of SJP. The capacity is said to be just under 70k, the price is said to be atleast...
