Heart of Midlothian FC Thread

The home game against Livingston could be significant. It’s hard to see Hearts taking anything from Ibrox next weekend, so a defeat at home to Livingston on Nov 1st would leave them with a rather meagre return of 11 points from the first 11 games.

Livi are a very poor team this season and can’t see anything other than a comfortable Jambos win.

Don’t really expect them to win that, though, do you? They were handed a silk purse of a run to start the season and made a sow’s ear of it, but I guess that’s what happens when you appoint a pig in a poke. Stretching my porcine points, apologies.

Hearts seem to find Livingston a tough nut to crack (no victories in last season’s 3 meetings), and the weight of expectation at Tynecastle will likely be more stifling than inspiring. A tricky one.

It's ok I will save your bacon
Early start today after a long day getting to Manchester and back yesterday
First pint could be difficult

A hearty breakfast should set you up for the day, though it might not be good for your heart. Talking of which, I suspect it will be difficult for Hearts to progress today. Enjoy the fare either way.

Just cannot see us getting a win.
Our form is up and down but our arse always seem to collapse at Hampden against Rangers.

Always think that when you hear of such statistics, it’s invariably a precursor to that run coming to an abrupt end, yet in this instance perhaps not.
I hate hearing things like this. The runs Got to end sometime!!

Barisic in for Ridvan. Hearts did well targeting Ridvans lack of height at Ibrox.

Lammers starting again which has to give you some hope ?

Rangers so far on top but same old story.

Absolutely laughable booking for Cantwell
