To give you a less flippant response... I would in an ideal world want our country to be self-sufficient and not relying on imported labour, and then we'd be free to determine an amount of immigration that ensures people coming here enjoy the same quality of life that everybody else here enjoys. Who wouldn't want that?

My point is that the government's policy has done the opposite of this, it's made us heavily reliant on immigrants to fill gaps, and so blaming the immigrants for digging us out of a problem of our government's making seems more than a tiny bit backwards.
Fair enough. I agree with people wanting a better existence. The minimum wage has caused endless problems. That's a whole other thread

I've got a question for anyone on here.

Explain why diversity is so desirable. And if it is, then will ever changing diversity improve on the diversity we have, or will it be detrimental to the diversity that existed in that moment?

If everybody looked the same
We'd get tired of looking at each other
You know the fellas are good for the moolah

We'd get tired of looking at each other
You know the fellas are good (for the moolah)

Of course it does the more diverse we become, the more it become the normal and the less we question, my children question diversity whether in sexuality or race or religion far less than my parents or my grandparents did,as we know there is no going back, and there isn’t,
So as diversity increases it reduces prejudices over the generations.
