Even Everton’s punishment was leaked to all and sundry in the media before it was announced. The PL are complete cowboys and it’s difficult to have any faith in them.

UEFA ( as do the FA and the Premiership ) operate in a legal vacuum ; they ( or more to the point their non-accountable officials ) can do whatever they like with the "accused" having no right to defend themselves.( ECA rules ! ) UEFA's safety valve is CAS who invariably will tone down punishments so as to prevent the possibility of an aggrieved party taking matters to an outside adjudicatory body. ( who said " I would rather spend £30M on the the 50 best lawyers in the World to sue them <UEFA> for the next 10 years ! ? )
CAS found in favour of City on all but one count i.e. non-cooperation . A learned , objective and entirely dispassionate legal observer made the following assessment of UEFA 's charges against City :
"this entire dispute appears over-hyped and demonstrative of an element of desperation to pin a charge on MCFC. The absence of cogent evidence from UEFA / the CFCB is astounding and this author is in disbelief that the AC Decision, let alone the Referral Decision, was made on the basis of the evidence available."
What is astounding is the chronic level of corruption that exists within football's ruling bodies, within the football club fraternity and perhaps - above all - amongst the scumbags that infest our media.

Double jeopardy is much rarer since Criminal Justice Act 2003. The PL will also claim (erroneously or not) that they have “new” evidence.

Demand Apologies this has been the biggest smear campaign since Goebbels, when we’re found not guilty we should take everyone one of the cu*ts to court starting with the history boys puppets at the premier league.

How can you take people like Lineker seriously when they use someone like Harris, a tabloid "journalist" with no legal or financial knowledge, as an "expert." The media in the UK is a laughing stock these days. No attempt to report the news or explain issues. The information on this forum is more reliable than any news outlet. Of course we are all biased towards City but most of us can read between the lines and make an honest appraisal.

In no way is this fun.

This witch hunt against us is big news at the moment because of the Everton situation. But we’ve had this in the background for too long and with no end in sight. What other supporters have had to put up with sort of thing for so long?

We all know the end game is to try and help the istree teams in red but that doesn’t help. Life is unfair and whilst we know their actions go unpunished we are left in limbo.

Our owners have been brilliant for us and I appreciate that with legal matters you can’t say a lot. I also appreciate that cowards like Harris are best ignored.

But when is enough enough? This attitude of saying nothing is just leaving us open to attack. Yes you could say look at the trophies but we are in a vulnerable position where non sporting matters are harming us.

I don’t claim to have any answers but unless our owners start fighting back either in the media or in the courts this is going to go on and on.

Surely the platform that video was published on has a responsibility and could be open to legal action for publishing lies.
 
It is not a criticism. Just an observation.

I think the hypocritical red sycophants can say what they like and our owners will not do anything.

Perhaps our owners have a word in quiet. If so it doesn’t seem to help.

Perhaps our owners are right to ignore these creeps. I hope so
 
Might have been asked before but Everton got done for breaking the £105 million losses over 3 seasons, yet Utd have lost £220 million over last 3 seasons yet the Premier League don’t seem to have started their witch hunt just yet or have I missed it.
