Not looking forward to this. Luton will smell blood and have proven difficult to play against at home. it’s been a while since we put together a solid 90 minutes. We really need one now.
 
I always hated Luton away, probably a lot to do with their horrible plastic pitch but we had a dreadful record there. No league wins there since 1959 admittedly only 8 or 9 matches but not a great place to be going to in poor form.
 
Should get the three points but I thought the same when we traveled to Nottingham Forest in February. Compact grounds can sometimes prove tricky places to play (QPR in 2014 springs to mind), so we'll need to be on our game.
 
its sick how Ten Hag can be on level points with us before we play Luton.

last season we did max points vs the 3 relegated clubs, this season we need to the 18 points vs the promoted ones simple as that.
 
Fooking hell I know we aren’t up to much at the moment but come this is Luton we are talking about. Don’t batter these we might has well go back to supporting chelsea.

Yeah hopefully we get back on the horse both here and at home to Palace before world domination the week after.

We've not just become shite overnight, although not playing well we've lost to a Wolves team whose scorer should have been off, had the sort of goal some teams score week in week out disallowed against the dips, played Chelsea in their cup final and had awful reffing v spurs....the villa game we were crap but a very good team like us can usually carry 2/3 off form but not 8 players.

We go again .

Every confidence that we will win this one comfortably. Let's face it that apart from being outplayed at Villa the previous three draws we should have won and were the better team in those matches.
It may be a rollercoaster but the season starts again here.

Kovacic to allow Rodri more freedom going forward, Jack back in the 11 for control, Johnny Stones dropping into midfield from the RB position. Gvardiol in his natural position, and Ake in for defensive security. I genuinely think this team cruises past Luton.

No Rodri, Doku, Grealish at VP too. This is the start of our stupidly good winning runs that we’re notorious for. Every faith we can still win this title by 10 points come May.
