Enter big fat Sam, the pisscans mate. They need a manager who is a big enough name to batter the players running the dressing room, but the club is becoming more of a joke every week so the chances of attracting such a manager are reducing.
If the dressing room is as toxic as reported then the new manager needs to bring in a couple of players who will sort out the trouble makers. That means the manager has to arrive during a transfer window, or be someone who already has a couple of players he thinks he can trust at the swamp.
An additional problem is that some of the players causing trouble could be on big money and long contracts. The problem disappears if they get on with the new manager, but not if they continue to stir the shit and he wants to get rid.
It's like a slow motion car crash.
You can sleep soundly at night in the full knowledge that somehow, and I dont quite know how, he's making money from the sheep that aimlessly follow him. Fair play if so.Never ceases to amaze me how self-important he is. 99.9999999% of the planet have no idea who you are and most of the ones who do don't care that you're a bit sad about your crap football team.
Were they still in the game at the time?Just seen the disallowed goal. Onana took him out and there was more of a call fir a penalty and possible redcard.
The scary thing is, Slabhead was their best player by a country mile yesterday. Just let that sink in ;)The brief highlights that I sneered at last night reinforced the view that Slabhead is not a Premier league player. Not even close. He'd do fine in the bottom half of the Championship: Sheffield Wednesday, Huddersfield etc, but no way would he get into a side looking for CL football. That he is also a seemingly automatic choice for Waistcoat is as bizarre and as detrimental to the national side as it could possibly be.
He lumbers around like Baloo the bear, aimlessly giving the ball away but trying his damnest to make it look like he is at least trying. Twice last night in the second half he lost his man and was about three yards off-pace when he realised it. His decision making was poor, extremely poor for a so-called 'professional' footballer, and he appears to have all the agility of Jake the Peg when it comes to trapping the ball.
The rags have some extremely below-average players in their squad, more so than most clubs in the Prem I'd bet, but Slabhead stands alone, head and shoulders over the rest of the mediocre-mercenaries they have stealing a living at the swamp.
We need that win just to give us some laughing space.Didn’t watch much footy since the Villa game. Managed to catch the last 20 mins of the rags turgid display at the stadium of shite!
Get a win today city so I can enjoy the rags misery all week.
Old Trafford is falling down….ten Hag is a fucking clown…glazers staying 10 more years..Man City are on the beers -:)
This bit. When he breaks the plate and his misses comes in kicking off mid stream ;)
Pandering to the cry babies, the media know how to cater for the mentally weak. Obviously won’t be able to sign anybody, failing FFP will have surely put paid to that idea?I see the rags are linked with about 50 players in the papers this morning. Funny that after getting dicked at home to Bournemouth.
I'd love to know how they'll afford them though seen as though they couldn't afford to sign Amrabat permanently and had to make it a loan.
Kinell just read this on the caf...
'Some of the decisions are baffling. Shaw I would argue is among the best LB’s in world football.
He is not one of the world best CB’s unlike 4x CL winner and World Cup winning CB Varane.'
Just watching Back of the net the Bournmouth fans match blog from yesterday and this popped up
