What he said. It's bizarre our best one on one defender but least creative/ skillful player playing as a winger and getting the majority of our creative opportunities.

He played 39 games. Without him?
He was level with the Palace player and then he suddenly puts on the brakes and leaves him to Dias who is a good yard slower. Brainless football.Watching the highlights and good Lord, to call it an 'effort' in getting back for their first goal would be an overstatement.

Says it all reallyHe's getting done one on one all the time now. Without his recovery pace he offers nothing to us.
needs dropping. Been poor lately. out run at times he would never in the past.
Get back to the same formation and defensive structure as the end of last season and hopefully should see us stop making silly defensive errors
Really good breakdown.
Yes, just emphasises what we all know. Needs to be used sparingly. Ridiculous that he has the most minutes on the team.
Better but still a bit sloppy at times, seems to struggle sorting his feet out recently.
But the pass to Kovacic was fantastic.
Completely agree with what you said about Walker but this feels like a disservice to Mahrez's right foot. He was such a handful for fullbacks because they knew he could fake the shot with his left and go on to his right foot. From a quick look at Transfermarkt, it looks like Mahrez scored almost 29%(28.8) of his professional goals with his right foot.Even Mahrez can make a 10 yard pass with his weak foot.
