What’s your basis for believing city want it that low ? Other than it would be good to be as low as possible whilst also being successful ? Also it only went up recently due to extra bonus payments due to the treble not due to some squad issues and it’s below 60

A few years ago UEFA ran a paper on sustainability, it might have been one of Wenger`s nutty schemes, but all the top teams signed up to it as it was not mandatory. Good businessmen always set challenges even if those challenges are not achievable, standing still is not an option.Wages and bonuses are squad issues especially if you intend to keep winning

You might not know to the penny, but it is relatively easy to work out the maximum due to FFP then if you have good owners just add sales, whatever we spend in January is simply taken from the summer budget.It is targets we have no idea with.
