This Terry Flewers on his The Football Terrace stream on YouTube took an email that Nick Harris posted on Twitter relative to our bringing Brahim Diaz to City and spun it into City "trafficking" underage players into our academy. The email says nothing except that we need to be careful to ensure we basically dot our I's and cross our T's in terms of his parents establishing themselves as living in Manchester. How the fuck does this guy have the balls to use a term like trafficking? He goes on to call that demented fuck Nick Harris a very credible journalist several times and he concludes with a statement that this invalidates our entire academy set up and all the benefits we've derived in terms of players and profits from sales.

You can't make this up in terms of the public gaslighting going on day in and day out both in the press and on social media. It does make me wonder if all these assholes were so sure City were guilty of all the things they're being accused of doing why do all this piling on of obvious misrepresentations, exaggerations, and slurs? The lack of objectivity speaks volumes to the fact that they HATE us, simple as. Truth and justice hold no place in any of this for them whether we are guilty or not. It's a disgusting public shaming that's unwarranted and unethical even if we were actually guilty of some misdeeds. But if we are eventually cleared there has to be a reckoning. What that is I don't know, buy I know it can't be forgive and forget, not for me...

It just takes 1 journalist to tell the truth.
To not pussy foot around the truth and report the truth.

I can't believe in this day and age that not one journalist wants to go beyond the coin and be honest and tell the truth that the red cartel have been behind the smear campaign.

I don't think I've ever in over 10 years read a journalist report a counter to all the lies.
A journalists to question in person to cerafin, Gill, parry that , are their intentions genuine or part of a conspiracy against city.
Ask em journalists.

Nothing to worry about. If, and it’s a big IF, they find us guilty, we’ll destroy them. I’m certain we’ve got something in the background they don’t know about.
If they don’t find us guilty, they’ve fucked up big time, and the PL loses so much face and its reputation is finished.

They know we aren’t guilty, the story is the time between the charges & the decision. They know they can write anything in this period ignoring all facts & decency.

Look at the Prince Harry phone hacking case. He won & nothing but in between he had 3 years of daily shit & lies.

And that is exactly why Ceferin is commenting again on City. He is trying to rewrite the rules of UEFA to give himself a cushy job for life. People are not happy about that and have questioned why he is so great, and pointed to problems for UEFA on his watch, like our case, the Paris and Istanbul shambles etc. Ceferin is simply saying, don’t blame me, City were guilty but CAS let them off. He is just another second rate, self serving tosser, just like Masters.

Tbf, we don't know what internal politics are going on at UEFA. There are some on here who are beginning to think that Masters is some sort of patsy for the usual suspects. It's not completely out of the question to think that Ceferin is facing the same pressures from the usual suspects at UEFA level but that he is strong enough to be fighting back. The last thing we want is a Masters-like patsy, or another Platini, at UEFA level. Unless, of course, we want an ESL and to be the bitches of Madrid, Liverpool, Barcelona, Juventus and United.

You may be right about the politics, it just irritates me that he is using and slandering our club for his own agenda.
 
The Ceferin thing, while it was more loaded than a few care to admit, and he put a bit of effort into it to make sure it stuck, was ultimately what you could expect someone in his position to say and isn't exactly shocking.

But the way our media have jumped at the chance to headline it and pretty much legitimise it as fact and infer cas got it wrong (something he did not actually do directly) and as such we are clearly guilty, is, well also not exactly unexpected, but pretty low all the same. They have deliberately avoided any sense of balance in it and gone straight for the extreme end of that snippet.

Were we to say be found guilty, and one of the hierarchy to come out and say 'we knew what we did was right', would it get the same 'this was unfair' treatment and affirmation in headlines? Would it fuck, it would get either ridiculed or argued in the subtext. Hell even if we are cleared and say we knew so and stress no wrongdoing, I doubt there will be such one sided headlines without a 'but' thrown at it to leave some sense aftertaste of doubt and bitterness.
