Very disrespectful by both city and spurs nout to have a minute applause for him tonight before the start of the game

Any City fan who claims Klopp’s teams ‘weren’t all that’ demeans our team’s amazing achievements.

Our record of mental strength against these cunts is incredible.

Klopp’s record, by any objective measure, is very good. Given how long he’s been Liverpool manager. He is plainly an exceptionally good manager. It’s just he was up against Pep.

Who is the best. Ever.

Enjoy what’s left Blues, because he’s not here forever.
They were a top top team no doubt about that but the way they as in their supporters and media go on you’d think their trophy haul under Klopp is huge. Is it 5 trophies in 9 years that’s not good enough for such a good team. If you can’t or just get pipped to win the big ones as in league and champions league. You need to be picking up more of the smaller ones. So yes they were a great team football wise but achievement wise they never lived up to their talent on the pitch

I'm loving the Dippers going in full meltdown, and I'm glad to see the back of him he's a real piece of work

But also think that the team he created forced us to up our game and become the Treble winners

If Klopp and his good (let's be real) Liverpool team weren't around we'd have been like Bayern/PSG and we'd be struggling in the champs league

The worry is I don't know what overdrive is when it comes to our club and that channel. It wouldn't surprise me if they barely acknowledge pep when he's gone other than plastering the amount he's allegedly spent on fullbacks all over the screen. Sky sports are as big a cunts as klopp is.
The Sky Sports coverage when it's announced that's Pep's leaving City will be wall to wall coverage of other clubs' managers and fans gloating about how now maybe they'll have a chance to win something. This I guarantee.

News is on fire with Klopp departing…

When is the funeral? Gotta get a candle and some stones to throw at the coffin.

Wonder if it’s ticket only? -:)

Followed by a 2 hour piece of crap on how Pep knew City had cheated 115 times despite City being exonerated of all charges

The rivalry between Guardiola and Klopp has been an intense one but one that Pep has undoubtedly won with 5 league titles to 1 being the most telling statistic. Admittedly, it was very close to being 3 titles each but winning those two close races with them is one of the main reasons why this team is one of the all time greats.

That 2018/19 title race is the best I've ever seen in terms of quality, consistency and two teams holding their nerve right til the end. The winning runs that both teams went on at the end of the season while being neck and neck the whole time is unlikely to ever be repeated due to the amount of pressure involved. 2021/22 was very similar and fortunately for us it had the same outcome.

One thing the rivalry is missing is a Champions League final or an FA Cup final. The one time we met them in the CL was only a Quarter-Final and when we met them in the Semi-Final of the FA Cup we put out a weakened team. Obviously the Champions League final can't happen because they're not in the competition but there's still a possibility of an FA Cup final. Even if that doesn't materialise, it's looking like we could be in for another close title race with them before he leaves. Whichever it is, let's hope we spoil the party.
