The Chavs have been muddling around the mid-table region all season, so why are the media ramping up the turmoil now?

Coincidently it seems to occur regularly with opposing teams leading up to facing the Dippers in an important fixture / cup final.

Zinny / White incident blown out of proportion in the lead up the Arse vs Dippers as the most recent example.

Sky Sports were hyping that Arse vs Dippers fixture as "the big one" the "title decider", then post-match lining up their pundits to criticise the Arsenal players because they celebrated winning a game too much against the dippers that was hyped up all week by Sky.

Think the story is probably bollocks tbh, but hilarious nonetheless. Can only see a subsidized loan to someone like PSG, Atletico, Juve - like what they've ended up stuck doing with Lukaku.

For what it's worth rate the player, would be a quality player in the right environment/team. Hard ask to justify £110M though. Clear as day Benfica were going to take Chelsea to the cleaner's mind - they were too proud to back away from the deal and classically brought at the wrong time off the back of his WC. 6 months later MacAllister went for 50% of what he would have done in that January.

2018/19 - Lampard finishing 4th and a cup final - Mount, Tammy, James and Tomori. There would be queues up and down the Fulham Rd for that now! They've been in a rapid downward spiral that dates back to as soon as they got out of their transfer ban, with Tuchel papering over the cracks.

Said it in another thread, but just don't know how they have made such a clusterfuck of having so much money, and such an amazing academy.

Poch is saying that he needs more money spent on the squad, whilst all other noises are that they need to shift out at least one of Gallagher, James, Colwill for decent money to make FFP. Which will fuck them again as they'll no doubt spunk £100M on thier replacement.

I don't look at the player names I look at there problem and Todd will sell 100m worth or players

Mourinho actually wouldn't be a bad choice in the short term. He would at least make them harder to play against and get them up the table. It might not be pretty, but he does get results. The problem is you all know how the story ends.

Until Todd and whoever he's employing to run the club work out what the hell they are doing - Poch may as well stay. The manager is the least of their worries, and Poch isn't the worst out there. Fans will turn on him, and he'll get hounded out, and his career stock tank mind...

Not that Chelsea can afford sack Poch and his staff their that far in the shit anyway!

97.5M worth of Lukaku is contracted there until 2026 and has been out on loan for 2 seasons in Italy already - their stuck with him on the balance sheet, and no doubt paying around 50% of his wages to play for another team.

Just watch as they'll sell Gallagher and even Colwill at the right price to help raise the £100M for Victor Osimehn though!

There could be different winners however we are 11 years into the FFP experiment that they are using to fuck over City and Chelsea. It’s stifled the growth of Aston Villa, Newcastle, Wolves etc and has resulted in clubs scared to spend money. Who were one of the culprits pushing for it, then lovely Liverpool execs.
