New PL Commercial rule passed (pg4) | City rumoured to be questioning the legality

I don’t know if it’s fact or just rumour but the clubs who abstained are Crystal Palace and Aston Villa‍.

seems to be confirmed in the Athletic. Behind a paywall I don’t have a sub.

After every other media outfit alludes to it being City. Feeding the narrative that if we're cleared it's because we paid the best lawyers in the world etc.

I think it’s safe to say that City and Newcastle voted against it and I’d say it’s 50/50 between both who threatened legal action, it might even be a coordinated strategy between both clubs, who knows.

Personally, I would think Newcastle are more affected by this and they will certainly be more litigious than City.

Apology’ if I have missed this but is there a definition that will help me understand the difference between an associated party and a related party (accounting term?) - can an entity be both?

This could be a turning point if true.
Clubs coming together to apply pressure on his tenure could also be construed as an all out attack on the red twats and their nodding poodle Smitherspurs.
Although.
Then again it could be them twats unhappy that the clueless fucker hasn’t delivered what they appointed him for in the first place.

as per a daily fail article 6 voted against:
Sheffield, Chelsea, Castle, City, Forest, Everton
two not voted either way: Palace, Burnley

this fucking Burnley is clueless they going down they know they going down but still have no balls to vote properly.

Sheffield aint much of an ally as they also go down and imo not likely to come back quick.

while the other 5 against it all clubs PL is about to punish + Newcastle who are probably the biggest victim of these PSR rules currently as it stops them to properly spend and make themselves a regular CL club.

can only hope Luton finds its way back to Champo.

Villa can suck dick too, I guess they are shit scared of Castle pushing them down on the table soon.

PL now probably wants to give Everton further points deduction to send them down haha.

at this points is really clear the 3 main red tops and Spurs are dictating Masters while lobbying other 7/8 clubs what to do.
