Not related to our ongoing case but it concerns the independent regulator and the impasse over a financial deal between the PL and EFL clubs. Looks like the PL are in a race against time and want it resolved prior to an independent regulator coming in, otherwise the regulator might decide on what sums of money need to be paid! There’s also reference in this article to us getting involved in a legal battle with the PL over the associated party rules that were recently voted on, but I’m not sure on the accuracy of that:
