Just for the record I went out with a girl from college who had a similar one. It wasn't on her head.
I guess armpits are less visible than heads.
I did think about calling this out in the stupid little things thread....not you personally but having to click the picture all the time but, then I thought meh.
My shoulders are big enough. it's just my pictures that are small.... honestly :-)
