Easter egg sales fall by 600,000 amid consumer backlash over rising prices and shrinkflation​

manufacturers are both shrinking the size of their Easter eggs and pushing up prices.

Makes you wonder how cheap all those left over after Easter will be....Mars & Cadburys will have egg on their faces.

The conglomerats privy to this deceipt, deserve every single egg remaining on the shelves for their corperate greed. Its really really nice to see that consumers are standing fast to shrinkflationary tactics.

We managed to buy 100 Cadburys Creme Eostre eggs from Tesco @£30, distributed nicely into boxes of ten (clubcard).

Free range for us oldies, but the grandkids will be eggstatic.

A female chicken will mate with many different males. If she decides later that she doesn’t want a particular rooster’s offspring, she can eject his sperm. This happens most often when the male is lower in the pecking order.
